Each batch of manufactured product is subjected to a suite of analytical tests to ensure it meets the needs of our customers.

In addition to our quality assurance measures, we recognise that a recipe’s functionality is essential.  Shelf life enhancement, viscosity control, absorption techniques, rheology management and freezing/cooking stability are some of the aspects of functionality in which we have become expert. 

Another service we offer our customers is immediate shelf life modelling on all new recipes.

Alembic has BRC A-grade certification.

Alembic is a member of Campden and Chorleywood Food Research Association.

Our production facility is nut free, GM free, glass free and meat free.

Alembic is Soil Association approved.
